Senioe Full Stack .NET Developer – Cork (Hybrid)

Location: Cork (Hybrid: 2–3 days onsite)
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: €75,000 – €90,000 depending on experience (see breakdown below)

About the Role

A major Irish retail & wholesale organisation is seeking a Full Stack .NET Developer to join its in-house technology team. This role involves building and enhancing enterprise systems that support large-scale retail operations nationwide. You will work closely with product owners, architects, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

This is a hands-on development role within a modern Microsoft-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using .NET / C#

• Build modern front-end experiences using Angular (v10+)

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud-based solutions on Microsoft Azure

• Contribute to architectural and design discussions

• Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are upheld

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment

• Participate in code reviews, CI/CD pipeline improvements, and DevOps initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years professional experience with .NET / C#

• Strong experience with Angular

• Solid knowledge of Azure services (Functions, App Services, Azure SQL, etc.)

• Comfortable working with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-based architectures

• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and team-collaboration skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Azure DevOps

• Knowledge of containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Exposure to retail, FMCG, logistics, or supply-chain systems

• SQL Server and NoSQL databases
